The children of a Malaysian man aboard the ill-fated Malaysia Airlines flight MH370 have filed a lawsuit against the airlines and the government.
According to the BBC, the lawsuit filed by the two underage sons of passenger Jee Jing Hang accuses the civil aviation department of negligence for failing to contact the plane within a reasonable amount of time after it disappeared.
This is apparently the first legal case filed in Malaysia since the disappearance of MH370 on 8 March.
Lawyers representing the two children filed suits with the Kuala Lumpur High Court against civil aviation authorities, the immigration department, the air force for negligence and the national carrier for breach of contract, the report added.
