At least four suspected militants have been killed in a US drone strike near Miramshah in North Waziristan tribal agency of Pakistan.
The unmanned vehicle fired two missiles at a militant compound around midnight in Qutab Khel village, five kilometres south of Miramshah, Dawn News reported.
A Miramshah official said that a fifth militant was seriously injured in the attack and the bodies were charred beyond recognition.
The identities of those killed in the strike were not immediately known, but officials suspect that they were of Afghan origin.
