Manchester United manager Louis van Gaal has lauded his new appointment Anthony Martial, saying that the latter had scored a 'marvellous goal' during their side's Premier League match against Liverpool.
Van Gaal admitted that 19-year-old, who became the most expensive football teenager after joining United, is physically fit to play in Premier League, Sport24 reported.
The Dutchman further said that his side played better and dominated the first half despite not scoring any goal.
With the United's 3-1 win over Liverpool, they have climbed to second place in the points table.
United will now lock horns with Southampton on September 20.
