A survey commissioned by Vatican has found that vast majority of Catholics in Germany and Switzerland reject church teaching on contraception, sexual morality, gay unions and divorce.
According to the result reported by German and Swiss bishops, there is near-uniformity of responses where people have rejected church's teachings as "unrealistic and outdated", Fox News reported.
Though the result of the survey was shocking, the bishops publicized the results with much eagerness and moral theologians have warned that the church doctrine won't change.
