Warwickshire's Director of Cricket Dougie Brown believes that England batsman Ian Bell will soon regain his form after he struggled in the recently concluded two-match Test series against New Zealand.

Bell could only manage to score 43 runs in four innings and was subsequently dropped from England's one-day squad for a series against Brendon McCullum's team.

Reflecting on Bell's current form, Brown said that the veteran batsman has struggled a little bit, especially in the past couple of Test matches, but insisted that he is still a top-class player and would surely see the best of him very soon, the BBC reported.

In view of his absence from the international squad, Bell has teamed up with Warwickshire again for at least one County Championship match and five T20 Blast games with Birmingham Bears.

Warwickshire director insisted that Bell, despite his struggles with form, would strengthen them very much, adding that he is welcome in this environment any time he is available.
