Ben Affleck has recently opened up about his role in the movie 'Batman v Superman
On being asked whether his excitement for the role came from his little boy hero complex or his adult hero complex, the 43-year-old actor jokingly said, "I have too many complexes to sort through," People magazine reports.
The 'Argo' hit-maker further said that he thinks that he tapped into equal measure of his adult geekness and kid excitement, adding that every day was like there was something to geek out about.
Adding on to this, the actor said that the reason why audiences continue to be drawn to the character is that Batman is a guy, who on the one hand is powerful and exciting and can fulfill people wishes and on other hand, he remains a human being struggling with his own vulnerabilities.
Affleck was spotted at 'Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice' press conference in Los Angeles.
Directed by Zack Snyder, the upcoming flick is slated to hit theaters on March 25, 2016.
