French Open champion Stan Wawrinka started his grass-court season with a comfortable straight-sets win over his Australian opponent Nick Kyrgios at Queen's Club on Tuesday.
The Swiss reached round two of the Aegon Championships after defeating Kyrgios 6-3, 6-4 in a match that lasted just 49 minutes.
Reflecting on his performance, Wawrinka said that he was happy with the way he was playing already, the BBC reported.
Wawrinka will next face big-serving Kevin Anderson of South Africa in the second round of the Wimbledon tune-up event.
