Channel 4's show 'Sex Box', which has been labelled as 'weird' and 'awkward', has become a relative hit with viewers, as it has pulled in an impressive 900,000 in the ratings, it has been revealed.
The controversial show managed to grab a 5.7 per cent share of the total viewing audience, Metro.co.uk reported.
The new television show - which features couples having sex in a sound-proof, opaque box in a studio- wasn't appreciated by many, as thousands flocked to Twitter to share their bemusement.
One of the viewers wrote: "Sex box is the weirdest thing ever but I want to watch it forever."
Meanwhile, another one said that the show is very "awkward".
