The FIFA fever is on all over the world and the capital is all jazzed up to welcome the event with an open heart. From markets to malls and dhabas to pubs everything is jived in the FIFA spirit.

Some interesting new changes have come up in sports bars of Delhi which are adding to the World Cup craziness.

The Rick's bar in hotel Taj Mahal has introduced 32 new cocktails complimenting the 32 teams which entered the tournament. The cocktails are based on the countries participating in the World Cup, and reflect their culture. For instance, they have introduced a new cocktail which is based on Chile's specialty 'tea'. They have also arranged a screening of the football matches, aired at 9:30pm as a treat to football lovers.

Outside Taj Mansingh a group of football fans shared their experience with ANI. One of the enthusiasts, Viren said, "We went to see the Australia-Netherlands match and it was a great experience, people wearing their team jerseys, cheering for the teams. It was like watching the match in the stadium itself. The energy was awesome, we had a blast. We are looking forward to more such matches"

Another renowned sports bar of West Delhi, Game of Legends, has revamped their decor to match the FIFA World Cup hype. Describing the ambience, CEO of the sports bar, Amit Chauhan said that they have flags of different countries, UV Light during match, Live HD screening with commentary on big projectors.

The sports bar has taken the football mania to another level. It not only provides a free shot with first goal of any team but also has their staff dressed up in football jerseys giving a complete feel of FIFA battle.

Game of Legends' senior marketing manager, Dev Rajput told ANI, "We are doing our best to give people a decent ambience and offering nice deals so that people can enjoy more. However the odd times of matches are limiting us from doing more. At present we can screen only one match per day, out of three."

Another young football fan, Devika Mukherjee said, "Government should allow pubs to open for longer, during this FIFA season only, so we can enjoy more matches. We are missing some very interesting matches because of the odd timings."

Other areas of the city have also got a good deal during this World Cup. In East Delhi, 'The Sports Box', located in The Great India Place Mall is also offering combos at slashed prices, only for FIFA. The combos include beers, snacks and cocktails starting from Rs 499.

However, some of the pubs are facing "less business than expected" as they can only screen one match, while the other matches are aired at 12:30 am and 3:30 am when pubs are not allowed to remain open.
