Tom Cruise has finally explained why he couldn't meet his daughter Suri for almost 3 months.
Cruise in a court deposition has revealed that he did his best to see his daughter, but it was not an ideal scene as he was getting a divorce from Katie Holmes then and things change in that situation, News.com.au reported.
The 'Mission Impossible' star made no apologies for his busy schedule in summer 2012, filled with movie shoots and Church of Scientology functions.
Cruise said that it was simply a case of schedules not matching up and that in case of a divorce there are certain agreements, where one has to ask for permission and organize schedules to make things happen.
