Mahajan said that she will seek the cooperation of the opposition in this regard, while addressing media in the capital.
"Efforts will be made to show efficiency and quality in the parliamentary work," she said.
She also sought cooperation of media in highlighting good debates in parliament.
Mahajan further said that cooperation of political parties is needed in this direction.
"A training programme will be conducted for first timers to train them with procedures and proceeding of the house. Over 315 members have been elected first time and orientation programme is essential for them," she added.
