West Indies all-rounder Kevon Cooper has been reported for suspect bowling action during his side Lahore Qalandars's match against Quetta Gladiators in the Pakistan Super League (PSL).
Reflecting on the matter,PSL said that Cooper had been placed under warning list, but added that he was permitted to be selected and play for his team in the tournament.
The statement added that if his bowling action would be reported again then he would be suspended from the tournament.
"Under the PSL Suspected Illegal Bowling Action policy, if a player is reported while on the warning list, the player shall be suspended from bowling for the remainder of the PSL tournament and from bowling in any matches organized by the PCB until such date as he is cleared or upon conclusion of any ineligibility period," PSL was quoted as saying by ESPNcricinfo.
It was not the first time that the 27-year-old had been reported for his bowling actions. He was earlier reported in 2011 during the Caribbean Premier League and then during the 2014 IPL.
