Doctors found a five-inch sex toy inside a Scottish woman, which had apparently been there for the past ten years.
The 38-year-old woman had gone to the weight loss and lethargy, but when the medics examined her, they found the object in her vagina which was protruding into her bladder, News.com.au reported.
The woman said it was 10 years ago when she had used the toy with her partner while she was drunk, and couldn't remember at the time if they had removed it.
The doctors said that the woman had 'vesicovaginal fistula', an unusual tract that allowed urine to pass into the vagina, and added that she also had 'obstructive uropathy' due to urine that was backed up into her kidneys.
The surgeons eventually operated, removed the toy and repaired the damages caused by it.
