Doctors of King Edward Memorial Hospital, who are on a protest after three of their colleagues were allegedly assaulted by angry kin of a patient, on Saturday said that they would continue their agitation unless the accused are arrested under non-bailable warrant.
"The four accused, out of which two were arrested and thereafter given bail. Till then all the accused are arrested under non-bailable warrant till then indefinite strike will continue," Dr. Sagar Mundala, who is one of the protestors, told media here.
He further added that the Medical education minister had come to meet them. And said that they have compromised on a lot of issues but given deadline to the issue of increasing security guards in the hospital and putting more CCTV cameras till 31st October.
