Dissident Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) leader Yogendra Yadav on Saturday labelled the show-cause notice issued to him by the party as a joke and a travesty of justice.
"Received this notice last night, funny thing is those who've been accusing us of anti-party activity will now sit and judge whether we have committed anti-party activity or not?" said Yadav.
"Ashish Khetan has given dozens of interviews, civil and uncivil, accusations against Prashant Bhushan and me. Today he will judge whether we have breached discipline or not? What a joke, what a travesty of justice," he added.
Yadav, who was issued the notice yesterday along with senior leaders Prashant Bhushan, Anand Kumar and Ajit Jha, said the party had leaked it's contents to the media before he received it.
"The committee wants me to answer the charge that I've leaked some news, but before I've received the letter, it's leaked to the media," he said.
Yadav and Bhushan had earlier this week held a 'Swaraj Samwad ' meeting in the national capital.

During the meeting, the duo, along with Shanti Bhushan, attacked the AAP leadership for not fulfilling promises which it made earlier as a new political outfit.
They claimed that the party's senior leaders got dictatorial and started imposing rigid orders on people who do not share their opinion.
The members also said that they want to form an organization which is transparent and completely works on the basis of 'Swaraj' and added that announcing a new political party would again face the same challenges which AAP is facing today.
The two have already been sacked from all key posts and committees of the Aam Aadmi Party.
