Aam Aadmi Party leader Yogendra Yadav on Thursday rubbished allegations made by fellow party member Kumar Vishwas, asking the latter to furnish proof for his 'ridiculous claims' that he, along with Prashant Bhushan, insisted on Arvind Kejriwal's removal as national convenor.
Yadav took to twitter to put forward his side of the story.
"Ridiculous claim that we insisted on AK's removal. This wasn't mentioned in our note, never came up for discussion. Can they give any proof?" he posted.
"I hear funny news about the PAC accepting our resignation. Will my colleagues please produce a copy of the resignation letter?" he added.
Yadav stated he had never asked that he should be given the charge of AAP's affairs in Haryana, instead noting that he had 'repeatedly' been offered the same.
"Another lie that I asked for Haryana. Actually they repeatedly offered Haryana. We refused to even discuss it," he tweeted.

Yadav also said that his party was attempting to recognise an internal memo as a resignation letter.
"What is being passed off as "resignation letter" is a note for internal negotiations. We said we will resign if 5 conditions were met," he tweeted.
Earlier in the day, Vishwas accused Yadav of being 'two-faced', claiming the latter has been
saying different things to the media and the party.
"He had submitted his resignation on March 17, but he told the media that he has not resigned. We did not say anything, because the discussion was taking place and we wanted to respect that. He had asked us to introduce RTI in the party, the party started working on it and it passed a resolution. He asked us to keep a check on the elections preparations in the constituencies, the party agreed to that too," Vishwas told the media.
"Yadav asked the party to increase the number of members in National Executive, both of us gave eight names each, we had an agreement on that. He wanted to lead Haryana with independent charge and he did not want Naveen Jain to be a part of the independent charge in Haryana, we agreed to that also. He wanted to lead the farmer's movement, we agreed to that, and said we will work alongside you," he added.
