Former Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) leader Yogendra Yadav, who was detained by the Delhi Police last night while protesting over farmers' issue, will be produced in the Patiala Court today.
The AAP will be raising the issue of Yogendra Yadav's detention in the Parliament today.
Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal earlier condemned the treatment meted out to Yadav by the city Police saying it is the latter's fundamental right to protest peacefully.
The ex-AAP leader was detained by the Delhi Police during a farmers' protest at Jantar Mantar last night.
Yadav, who was trying to march towards the Prime Minister's official 7 Race Course Road residence, has alleged that he was "brutally assaulted".
