One-stop destination for luxury fashion Zapyle on Tuesday announced a massive 20x growth in the company's revenue in the last two quarters.
Since December 2015, Zapyle has been constantly endeavoring to change the way women shop by making its virtual application personalised for every user. Its unique concept of revolving closets encourages women to resell products that they buy from the B2C platforms.
Currently, Zapyle has 22 percent women buying through the platform and coming back for reselling. In the next one year, it aims to associate with at least 50 percent of women users who can be both buyers and sellers and enhance the product category to 150 brands.
"The ever increasing disposable incomes have been transforming the mindset of Indian consumers, turning them into enthusiastic buyers of luxury brands and latest trends. While we are already solving the problem of millions of Indian women who like to indulge in premium and luxury fashion by bridging the gap between demand and international supply," said CEO and founder Zapyle, Rashi Menda.
At present, Zapyle houses nearly 10,000 premium fashion offerings including 63 brands in the new category and 120 in the pre-owned category.
