Looks like Zayn Malik and Gigi Hadid are not together this time on this one.
The 23-year-old former One Direction star recently got down on one knee for the 21-year-old Victoria's Secret model, however, it turns out she was not so keen on the idea, reports the Mirror.
The young couple has been together since the start of the year. A source told Life & Style that the proposal was "too fast" for her and that she "doesn't feel ready yet".
An insider claimed that Hadid is desperate not to follow in the footsteps of her mother Yolanda Hadid, who has had two very messy divorces.
This proposal comes after Hadid recently admitted that she has been quietly suffering from Hashimoto's disease, an illness which often leads to hypothyroidism- can cause weight gain and depression.
Hadid told Elle, "My metabolism actually changed like crazy this year. I have Hashimoto's disease. It's a thyroid disease".
Besides Hadid, other high profile women including Zoe Saldana, Victoria Justice, Gina Rodriguez and Nia Vardalos have also been affected by the autoimmune disease.
