After a successful year in 2014 where the BMW Group delivered more than two million vehicles, the New Year has got off to a good start with 7 percent sales jump as compared to the same month a year ago. A total of 1,42,154 vehicles were sold in January, a new high for the month, while the same month last year had witnessed the sale of 1,32,906 vehicles.

BMW, the brand itself, out-performed with sales higher than any previous January. A total of 1,24,561 BMW brand vehicles were delivered to customers, posting a good 6.3 percent bump on the same month last year.
Even the overall sales of Mini brand vehicles were also higher than ever before in January. The iconic brand achieved double-digit growth of 12.0 percent, compared with the same period last year.
