Datsun offering up to INR 38,000 benefits on Go

In a bid to garner some good numbers during the festive season, Datsun India has announced several benefits on its only offering in the country- Go hatchback. Totaling up to INR 38,000, the company is offering an exchange benefit of up to INR 20,000, insurance support of INR 4,000, free extended warranty worth INR 4,000 and an additional discount of INR 10,000 on the D, D1 and A variants. The offer can be availed till October 31st, 2014.

Making the announcement, Ajay Raghuvanshi, Vice President – Sales, Marketing & Dealer Development. Nissan Group of India said, “Festive season in India is not just a time for celebrations but also an auspicious period for new beginnings. This makes it a perfect time for people to bring home a new car.”

“We developed the Datsun GO with a strong focus on the evolving needs of the rising Indian customer. With the special benefits, we are confident that the Datsun GO will brighten the festivities even more for our customers”, he added.

Nissan's affordable sub-brand Datsun, introduced its first product Go in March this year. Pitted against the likes of Maruti Suzuki Alto 800 and Hyundai Eon, the hatch comes packed with the 1.2-litre petrol mill, capable of 67bhp and 104Nm of peak torque making it more powerful than its competitors. The variants are named after the first three letters of the automakers name DAT, which stands for Dream Access and Trust. In terms of features, the car features speed sensitive electric vipers, power steering, front power windows, Mobile Docking Station (MDS) with amplifier, universal mobile holder, aux-in and USB charger, front speakers, central locking and full wheel covers.
