Home grown auto major Mahindra & Mahindra sold 36,727 vehicles in April, as against 36,288 units during the same month last year, posting a marginal 1 percent growth.
The tally for passenger vehicles also registered similar growth during the month, standing at 18,314 units, as against 18,148 units during April previous year. While the overall domestic sales stood at 34,467 units during the month, as compared to 34,107 units during April 2014, again witnessing a growth of mere 1 percent.
M&M’s exports for the month stood at 2,260 units, 4 percent up against the same month a year before.

Speaking on auto sales performance, Pravin Shah, President & Chief Executive, Automotive, Mahindra & Mahindra said, “We are happy to have achieved an overall growth during April 2015.
