For consideration of Rs 2.80 crore
A2Z Infra Engineering has signed Settlement Agreement with HSBC Bank on 04 April 2018. HSBC Bank has accepted the Company's proposal for One Time Settlement of Rs 2.80 crore following which the debt of the company shall stand reduced by Rs 11.33 crore.With this, the company has reached total One Time Settlement to the tune of Rs 222.80 crore against outstanding debt of Rs 601.37 crore.
