Aarti Industries announced that the Company has fixed 14 November 2014 as the Record Date for the purpose of Payment of Interim Dividend, if any, declared.In case of approval of Interim Dividend by the Board of Directors, the Company will dispatch dividend warrants on 20 November 2014.
