AAVAS Financiers allots 4,575 equity shares under ESOP

AAVAS Financiers has allotted 4,575 equity shares of Rs 10 each under ESOP on 19 February 2022. The paid-up share capital of the Company has accordingly increased from Rs. 78,93,18,760 consisting of 7,89,31,876 equity shares having a face value of Rs. 10/- each to Rs. 78,93,64,510 consisting of 7,89,36,451 equity shares having a face value of Rs. 10/- each.
