Aban Offshore net profit rises 1906.83% in the March 2014 quarter

Sales rise 30.70% to Rs 256.06 crore

Net profit of Aban Offshore rose 1906.83% to Rs 132.25 crore in the quarter ended March 2014 as against Rs 6.59 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2013. Sales rose 30.70% to Rs 256.06 crore in the quarter ended March 2014 as against Rs 195.92 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2013.

For the full year,net profit reported to Rs 180.43 crore in the year ended March 2014 as against net loss of Rs 12.63 crore during the previous year ended March 2013. Sales rose 2.90% to Rs 819.94 crore in the year ended March 2014 as against Rs 796.87 crore during the previous year ended March 2013.
