Sales decline 36.52% to Rs 629.30 crore

Net loss of Aban Offshore reported to Rs 119.80 crore in the quarter ended March 2016 as against net profit of Rs 113.54 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2015. Sales declined 36.52% to Rs 629.30 crore in the quarter ended March 2016 as against Rs 991.38 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2015.

For the full year,net profit declined 90.59% to Rs 51.27 crore in the year ended March 2016 as against Rs 544.94 crore during the previous year ended March 2015. Sales declined 17.48% to Rs 3334.55 crore in the year ended March 2016 as against Rs 4040.84 crore during the previous year ended March 2015.
