ABC India appoints additional director

ABC India announced that its board of directors in the meeting held on 11 February 2014 have resolved to appoint Rajya Vardhan Kajaria as additional director as per the provisions of Section 161(1) of Companies Act, 2013 and Articles of Association of the company.
