Accentia Technologies to issue equity shares

Accentia Technologies announced that its directors in the meeting held on 06 December 2013 have decided to issue on preferential basis up to 24,00,000 equity shares to various investors, subject to the approval of shareholders and all other requisite authorities. The issue will be made as per the SEBI Regulations, 2009, and the pricing for the same will be as per SEBI approved pricing norms under preferential basis.
