Adani Ports & Special Economic Zone standalone net profit rises 2.12% in the March 2016 quarter

Sales decline 9.61% to Rs 843.88 crore

Net profit of Adani Ports & Special Economic Zone rose 2.12% to Rs 566.20 crore in the quarter ended March 2016 as against Rs 554.47 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2015. Sales declined 9.61% to Rs 843.88 crore in the quarter ended March 2016 as against Rs 933.62 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2015.

For the full year,net profit rose 30.16% to Rs 2841.58 crore in the year ended March 2016 as against Rs 2183.14 crore during the previous year ended March 2015. Sales rose 21.35% to Rs 4321.72 crore in the year ended March 2016 as against Rs 3561.26 crore during the previous year ended March 2015.
