Adani Power reports net profit of Rs 2850.00 crore in the March 2014 quarter

Sales rise 150.90% to Rs 4379.93 crore

Net profit of Adani Power reported to Rs 2850.00 crore in the quarter ended March 2014 as against net loss of Rs 426.57 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2013. Sales rose 150.90% to Rs 4379.93 crore in the quarter ended March 2014 as against Rs 1745.66 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2013.

For the full year,net profit reported to Rs 595.26 crore in the year ended March 2014 as against net loss of Rs 1952.03 crore during the previous year ended March 2013. Sales rose 73.85% to Rs 11001.80 crore in the year ended March 2014 as against Rs 6328.41 crore during the previous year ended March 2013.
