ADB's Moderate Case Scenario Expects India's Tourism Sector Revenues Falling By $126 Million

India' Tourism revenues could see a $84.2 million (0.003% of GDP) fall in the best case scenario or $252.7 million (0.009% of GDP) fall in the worst case scenario following the ongoing novel coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak, according to a new analysis by the Asian Development Bank (ADB). The moderate case scenario puts the decline in Tourism revenue at $126 million (0.005% of GDP).
