Aditya Birla Nuvo consolidated net profit rises 88.29% in the March 2015 quarter

Sales decline 1.31% to Rs 6957.36 crore

Net profit of Aditya Birla Nuvo rose 88.29% to Rs 331.63 crore in the quarter ended March 2015 as against Rs 176.13 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2014. Sales declined 1.31% to Rs 6957.36 crore in the quarter ended March 2015 as against Rs 7049.56 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2014.

For the full year,net profit rose 23.85% to Rs 1415.50 crore in the year ended March 2015 as against Rs 1142.88 crore during the previous year ended March 2014. Sales rose 1.93% to Rs 26114.96 crore in the year ended March 2015 as against Rs 25619.36 crore during the previous year ended March 2014.
