The Board of Advik Capital on 28 December 2021 has approved the appointment of Ms. Gunjan Jha and Ms. Soril Kumari as Additional independent Directors of the Company and Ms. Rashika Gupta as a Compliance officer and Company Secretary/KMP of the Company.
