AIA Engineering standalone net profit declines 25.50% in the March 2017 quarter

Sales rise 42.58% to Rs 608.35 crore

Net profit of AIA Engineering declined 25.50% to Rs 187.21 crore in the quarter ended March 2017 as against Rs 251.30 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2016. Sales rose 42.58% to Rs 608.35 crore in the quarter ended March 2017 as against Rs 426.67 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2016.

For the full year,net profit declined 32.21% to Rs 417.31 crore in the year ended March 2017 as against Rs 615.63 crore during the previous year ended March 2016. Sales rose 13.03% to Rs 2007.01 crore in the year ended March 2017 as against Rs 1775.62 crore during the previous year ended March 2016.
