Ajanta Pharma announced that the Compensation Committee of Directors at its meeting held on 06 May 2016, has allotted 3,750 fully paid up equity shares of Rs. 2/- each. These shares have been allotted upon exercise of options granted to an employee under Employees Stock Option Scheme - 2011 of the Company.In view of the above, the paid up capital of the Company stand increased to Rs. 17,60,10,000 consisting 8,80,05,000 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each.
