Alembic standalone net profit rises 234.65% in the March 2015 quarter

Sales rise 1.35% to Rs 32.28 crore

Net profit of Alembic rose 234.65% to Rs 4.25 crore in the quarter ended March 2015 as against Rs 1.27 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2014. Sales rose 1.35% to Rs 32.28 crore in the quarter ended March 2015 as against Rs 31.85 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2014.

For the full year,net profit declined 18.22% to Rs 24.15 crore in the year ended March 2015 as against Rs 29.53 crore during the previous year ended March 2014. Sales declined 6.19% to Rs 134.48 crore in the year ended March 2015 as against Rs 143.35 crore during the previous year ended March 2014.
