Alps Industries consolidated net profit declines 35.55% in the March 2016 quarter

Sales decline 20.08% to Rs 120.91 crore

Net profit of Alps Industries declined 35.55% to Rs 55.79 crore in the quarter ended March 2016 as against Rs 86.56 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2015. Sales declined 20.08% to Rs 120.91 crore in the quarter ended March 2016 as against Rs 151.28 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2015.

For the full year,net profit reported to Rs 20.23 crore in the year ended March 2016 as against net loss of Rs 29.42 crore during the previous year ended March 2015. Sales declined 10.06% to Rs 549.42 crore in the year ended March 2016 as against Rs 610.90 crore during the previous year ended March 2015.
