Ambuja Cements announced that:- Withdrawal of Scheme of Amalgamation of Dirk India with the Company
The Board at its meeting held on 27 July 2015 had approved the Scheme of Amalgamation of Dirk India (a wholly owned subsidiary) with the Company. The Board at its meeting held on 28 April 2016, decided not to pursue further with the scheme of amalgamation.
