Andhra Bank announced that the Government of India, Ministry of Finance, Department of Financial Services, New Delhi, vide its Notification dated 18 February 2015, advised that Nagi Reddy Venkata Ramana Reddy, who was appointed as Part Time Non-Official Director on the Board of the Bank, vide its Notification dated 15 October 2013, shall cease to be a Non-Official Director on the Board of the Bank with immediate effect. It is further informed that the said Notification is issued in terms of Clause 9(1) of the Nationalised Banks (Management & Miscellaneous Provisions) Scheme, 1970/1980.Powered by Capital Market - Live News
