Apar Industries standalone net profit rises 29.47% in the March 2017 quarter

Sales decline 3.88% to Rs 1296.77 crore

Net profit of Apar Industries rose 29.47% to Rs 47.76 crore in the quarter ended March 2017 as against Rs 36.89 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2016. Sales declined 3.88% to Rs 1296.77 crore in the quarter ended March 2017 as against Rs 1349.05 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2016.

For the full year,net profit rose 57.58% to Rs 182.32 crore in the year ended March 2017 as against Rs 115.70 crore during the previous year ended March 2016. Sales declined 4.95% to Rs 4775.58 crore in the year ended March 2017 as against Rs 5024.36 crore during the previous year ended March 2016.
