Apar Industries standalone net profit rises 300.87% in the March 2016 quarter

Sales decline 0.53% to Rs 1316.82 crore

Net profit of Apar Industries rose 300.87% to Rs 36.88 crore in the quarter ended March 2016 as against Rs 9.20 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2015. Sales declined 0.53% to Rs 1316.82 crore in the quarter ended March 2016 as against Rs 1323.79 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2015.

For the full year,net profit rose 228.00% to Rs 156.98 crore in the year ended March 2016 as against Rs 47.86 crore during the previous year ended March 2015. Sales rose 0.19% to Rs 4978.32 crore in the year ended March 2016 as against Rs 4968.68 crore during the previous year ended March 2015.
