APL Apollo Tubes consolidated net profit declines 52.30% in the March 2015 quarter

Sales rise 17.91% to Rs 773.09 crore

Net profit of APL Apollo Tubes declined 52.30% to Rs 6.75 crore in the quarter ended March 2015 as against Rs 14.15 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2014. Sales rose 17.91% to Rs 773.09 crore in the quarter ended March 2015 as against Rs 655.66 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2014.

For the full year,net profit rose 8.10% to Rs 63.76 crore in the year ended March 2015 as against Rs 58.98 crore during the previous year ended March 2014. Sales rose 20.70% to Rs 3013.78 crore in the year ended March 2015 as against Rs 2496.95 crore during the previous year ended March 2014.
