Arman Financial Services grants 3500 stock options and allots 750 shares under ESOP

Arman Financial Services has on 12 February 2021 granted 3500 stock options under ESOP.

The company also allotted 750 equity shares under ESOP. With this allotment, the paid-up capital of the Company has increased to Rs. 8,48,83,840/- divided into 84,88,384 equity shares of face value of Rs.10/- each.
