Asahi India Glass reports net profit of Rs 7.56 crore in the March 2014 quarter

Sales rise 10.89% to Rs 545.58 crore

Net profit of Asahi India Glass reported to Rs 7.56 crore in the quarter ended March 2014 as against net loss of Rs 16.76 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2013. Sales rose 10.89% to Rs 545.58 crore in the quarter ended March 2014 as against Rs 491.98 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2013.

For the full year,net loss reported to Rs 40.22 crore in the year ended March 2014 as against net loss of Rs 91.79 crore during the previous year ended March 2013. Sales rose 10.02% to Rs 2105.08 crore in the year ended March 2014 as against Rs 1913.44 crore during the previous year ended March 2013.
