Ashiana Housing net profit declines 72.50% in the March 2014 quarter

Sales decline 85.12% to Rs 4.84 crore

Net profit of Ashiana Housing declined 72.50% to Rs 2.56 crore in the quarter ended March 2014 as against Rs 9.31 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2013. Sales declined 85.12% to Rs 4.84 crore in the quarter ended March 2014 as against Rs 32.52 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2013.

For the full year,net profit declined 33.16% to Rs 21.45 crore in the year ended March 2014 as against Rs 32.09 crore during the previous year ended March 2013. Sales declined 53.51% to Rs 45.92 crore in the year ended March 2014 as against Rs 98.77 crore during the previous year ended March 2013.
