Ashoka Buildcon executes concession agreement for Karnataka road project

Ashoka Buildcon has incorporated a Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) Ashoka GVR Mudhol Nipani Roads, along with GVR Infra Projects, wherein the company holds 51% equity share capital. The SPV has executed a concession agreement with the Karnataka State Highways Improvement Project engaged by the State Government of Karnataka for the Project viz. Project No WAP 2 - design, build, finance, operate, maintain and transfer (DBFOMT) the existing state highway (SH18) from Mudhol to Maharashtra border (approx. length 107.937 kms) in the State of Karnataka on DBFOMT annuity basis.
