Asian Paints consolidated net profit rises 84.49% in the March 2021 quarter

Sales rise 43.49% to Rs 6651.43 crore

Net profit of Asian Paints rose 84.49% to Rs 852.13 crore in the quarter ended March 2021 as against Rs 461.89 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2020. Sales rose 43.49% to Rs 6651.43 crore in the quarter ended March 2021 as against Rs 4635.59 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2020.

For the full year,net profit rose 16.05% to Rs 3139.29 crore in the year ended March 2021 as against Rs 2705.17 crore during the previous year ended March 2020. Sales rose 7.43% to Rs 21712.79 crore in the year ended March 2021 as against Rs 20211.25 crore during the previous year ended March 2020.
