Australian share market finished marginally higher on Monday, 16 June 2014, registering first rise in four consecutive sessions after recouping losses late afternoon trade. The gain was largely supported by commodity stocks, with oil prices remaining in the range of 9 month highs on supply concerns amid tensions escalated in Iraq and base metals finished higher at the end of last week on demand hopes after China's industrial production rose in May. The benchmark S&P/ASX200 and the broader All Ordinaries each rose by 0.13% to 5412.30 and 5390.60, respectively, having bounced back from a 0.5% fall in the morning.
