Australia Market closes down
Capital Market Australian share market declined on Tuesday, 28 June 2016, as Britain's shock vote to leave the European Union continued to weigh down investors sentiments. At close of trade, the benchmark S&P/ASX 200 index added 24 points, or 0.47%, to 5137.20. The broader All Ordinaries climbed up 23.40 points, or 0.45%, to 5216.20. Falling stocks outnumbered advancing ones on the Australia Stock Exchange by 653 to 390 and 379 ended unchanged. The S&P/ASX 200 VIX, which measures the implied volatility of S&P/ASX 200 options, was down 2.97% to 22.156.
